These Terms of Purchase apply to orders placed through coriviia.com.

Coriviia is owned and operated by Nanjing Xiaoxuanfeng Technology Co., Ltd.

By placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Purchase together with the applicable Shipping Policy, Return Policy, Privacy Notice, and other policies made available on our website.

2. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, photographs, dimensions, materials, availability, and pricing accurately.

Minor differences may occur due to screen settings, lighting, manufacturing tolerances, materials, production batches, or other normal product variations.

3. Pricing

Prices displayed on the website are shown in the currency presented to the customer through the store or checkout.

Any applicable shipping charges, taxes, or other amounts collected by us will be displayed before the order is submitted.

We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing or technical errors before fulfillment.

If a material pricing error affects an order, we may contact the customer before fulfillment to request confirmation or cancel and refund the affected order where appropriate.

4. Payment

An order is not considered accepted merely because payment details have been submitted.

7. Shipping Charges

8. Cancellation and Changes

Customers should contact service@coriviia.com as soon as possible if they wish to cancel or modify an order.

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate the request before fulfillment begins.

However, cancellation or modification cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered processing, packing, or shipment.

9. Returns and Refunds

Eligible products may be returned within 30 calendar days after delivery, subject to the conditions in our Return Policy.

Approved refunds are normally issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after an eligible returned item has been received and inspected.

Where the claim is valid, we will provide an appropriate remedy without requiring the customer to bear reasonable costs arising from our error.

We are not responsible for avoidable delays resulting from materially incomplete or inaccurate customer information where we had no reasonable opportunity to correct it before dispatch.

12. Fraud and Abuse

We may refuse, hold, or cancel transactions where we reasonably believe the transaction is fraudulent, unlawful, abusive, or intended to misuse our systems, promotions, payment services, or return process.

13. Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms of Purchase excludes or limits mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

If a mandatory consumer protection rule conflicts with these Terms, the mandatory rule will apply to the extent required.

14. Governing Law

These Terms of Purchase are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles, except to the extent mandatory consumer protection laws in the customer's jurisdiction apply.

Where legally permitted, disputes that cannot be resolved through customer service may be submitted to a competent court in Nanjing, Jiangsu Province, China.

Nothing in this section deprives a consumer of a mandatory right to bring a claim in another jurisdiction where applicable law provides such a right.
